These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Focus on me mobile application ("the App"), operated by Focus on me SRL ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Focus on me is a virtual try-on application that allows users to visualize clothing items on photos of themselves using artificial intelligence. The App displays products from third-party retailers via affiliate partnerships. We are not a retailer — we do not sell products directly.

The try-on results are AI-generated images intended as a visual guide only. We do not guarantee that results will accurately represent how a garment fits, looks, or feels in real life.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
  • By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
  • If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@focusonme.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
  • Upload photos containing nudity, graphic content, or content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App to scrape, copy, or redistribute product data or AI-generated images at scale
  • Attempt to bypass the daily try-on limit through automated means or multiple accounts
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or services
  • Misrepresent AI-generated try-on images as real photographs

5. Try-on limits and rewarded ads

The App provides 3 free try-ons per day per account. Additional try-ons can be earned by watching a rewarded video advertisement.

Try-on limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused try-ons do not carry over to the next day. Bonus try-ons earned via ads also expire at midnight UTC.

We reserve the right to modify the number of free try-ons or the rewarded ad system at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Affiliate links and purchases

Product links in the App are affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

  • We are not responsible for the products, pricing, availability, or delivery provided by third-party retailers.
  • Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the retailer — not with Focus on me.
  • Product information (price, availability, description) is sourced from affiliate feeds and may not always be up to date.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including the interface, design, logo, and software — is owned by Focus on me SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Product images displayed in the App are owned by their respective brands and retailers. We display them under the terms of our affiliate agreements.

AI-generated try-on images are created using your photo and a product image. You retain ownership of your original photo. The generated image may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing on social media). You may not sell or commercially exploit generated images.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

AI try-on results are visual approximations only. Actual fit, color, texture, and appearance of garments may differ. We are not liable for purchasing decisions made based on try-on results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Focus on me SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Purchases made based on AI-generated try-on results
  • Loss of data or account access
  • Interruption or unavailability of the service
  • Actions of third-party retailers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed €10.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of București, Romania.
